This NSF-listed stainless steel brazier provides a large cooking surface that is great for anything from frying chicken to making a hearty stew. The brazier is constructed of 19-gauge 18/8 stainless steel. Its 14 1/8” diameter makes the brazier excellent at reductions as well, as the wide surface will permit plenty of evaporation for a thicker, more flavorful sauce. This heavy-duty brazier has two helper handles and includes a matching cover.
