Update International’s 15” perforated basting spoon with Bakelite handle (BBPF-15N) has several features that put it a cut above standard basting spoons. Its perforated bowl surface allows cooks to easily skim and strain unwanted fat and food remnants from the entrée’s natural juices. The Bakelite handle is heat-resistant to 230ºF and includes a notch that will prevent the spoon from slipping into the dish.
