Look at a working chefs arms and you’ll see two things: burns and tattoos, both emblems of things that matter. Because when you’re working the line, you put everything into it, including what you love and honor. Utilizing the lightweight frame of the Sharkz style, we added another type of emblem to the mix: a Mexican sugar skull, the symbol of Mexico’s Day of the Dead,  stitched into the uppers of the Skull series.
