This 4/3 size food warmer is constructed of a heavy s/s housing for excellent durability. Interior liner made out of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel. Steel “element support” stabilizes heating elements and reflects heat toward food, providing even heat distribution. Maintains food temperature in excess of 140 degrees (the requirement for safe food service.) 27″ x 12″ opening with 6-1/2″ deep well accomodates pans up to 4″. Easy to clean. The exterior dimensions are 29.5″L x 14.5″W x 8.5″H. Each unit is equipped with a 60″ grounded power cord,which terminates with a standard three pronged male plug. 120v/60hz, 1500W, 12.5 Amps.
