This FMP (Franklin Machine Products)  133-1008 item is used to turn standard,  open top,  commercial gas ranges into griddles. Ideal  for restaurant, school and church  use. Made of heavy 7 gauge  3/16″ steel with heat  resistant handles. Covers 2  burners. 10 9/16″ x 22 9/16″.  Not for use on electric  ranges.
