All Cadco Convection Ovens are designed for use on a countertop or an oven stand.
1/4 Size Ovens accommodate standard 1/4 size sheet pans and standard 2-1/2” deep half size steam table pans.
Half Size Ovens accommodate standard half size sheet pans and standard 2-1/2” deep half size steam table pans.
Full Size Ovens accommodate standard full size sheet pans.
All Cadco ovens are made to Cadco, Ltd. specifications by UNOX S.p.A. Applicable NSF and UL (through CSA Standards or through MET) listings are under the UNOX model numbers. For Approvals and Listings details, please go to the Oven Approvals & Ventilation page.
All oven models have 90 day warranties on the light bulbs and gaskets. These items are not service center items; contact Cadco directly.
All oven models have a one year warranty on the motors/fans.
