It will also match the 15-quart aluminum braziers. Constructed of heavy 13-gauge, reinforced aluminum and specifically designed for high-volume use, 2-mm thickness, this NSF-listed stock pot cover will perform wonderfully even under the most grueling of kitchen conditions.
